Curious Souls Often Ask…

  • Every session is a sacred dialogue — guided by your chosen offering and shaped by what wants to unfold. I hold space with care, depth, and attunement, honouring your pace and presence. There’s no performance, only the truth that’s ready to meet you.

    Asynchronous Sessions:

Please be mindful of what you’re doing at the time you book your session — that window is when I will consciously tune into your energy field to conduct the reading. I recommend choosing a time when you feel open, calm, or connected to your intention (even briefly). There’s no need to pause your day, but holding gentle awareness during that window can support a clearer energetic channel.

    Live Sessions (Video or Phone):

Find a quiet space where you feel safe and uninterrupted. Headphones are encouraged for confidentiality and focus. You’re welcome to bring a beverage, notebook and pen, or any grounding items like crystals, talismans, or a candle — whatever helps you feel settled. This is your space to be witnessed.

  • No formal preparation is required. That said, taking a moment to ground yourself, tune into your intention, and hydrate can support a deeper experience — even if we’re connecting asynchronously.

If you’ve booked a live session (video or phone), I recommend finding a quiet space where you feel comfortable and uninterrupted. You’re welcome to bring a question, intention, or simply show up as you are — open and curious.

  • I understand that life shifts. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using your booking confirmation link. Cancellations under 24 hours are not eligible for refund, though I’ll consider exceptions for true emergencies.

  • A limited number of donation-based (PWYC) sessions are offered each month. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out, or watch my offerings page and socials for updates when these become available.

  • Yes, with a few conditions. Please ensure the person is open to receiving this kind of work — consent matters deeply in this space. Contact me if you’d like to arrange a gifted session.

  • No — I am not a licensed mental health professional. My work is intuitive and spiritual in nature, not clinical. While it may bring healing or insight, it is not a substitute for therapeutic or medical support.

  • Some offerings — like Integration Sessions — are booked as live video or phone calls from the start. Once you book, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation with a link for our session. No account is needed to join.

Other offerings are delivered asynchronously, with the option to add a live follow-up. If you select a post-session video or phone call, I’ll contact you directly to schedule a time. This gives us space to reflect together, clarify insights, or deepen your integration.

For all live sessions, please arrive a few minutes early in a quiet, comfortable space. A journal, headphones, or your favourite tea are all welcome — bring whatever helps you feel grounded.

  • Not at this time — but I’m open to alternative payment methods in the future. If crypto is your only option, feel free to reach out directly and we can chat.

  • Tarot follows a specific structure — 78 cards with suits and archetypes. Oracle decks are more free-form and vary by theme. I use both depending on what the session or your energy calls for. You can also request a specific style when booking.

  • I’ve spent over a decade immersed in personal healing and integration — exploring a wide range of traditional therapies and more than 35 non-traditional modalities and tools. My approach draws from psychological, spiritual, somatic, and non-Western traditions. It’s rooted in lived experience, trauma recovery, ritual practice, and deep study — all held with a lifelong curiosity and reverence for the human experience.

I also hold formal education in paramedicine, as well as health, safety, and environmental management from a previous career. These days, my focus is on subtle energy, symbolic systems, and soul-based frameworks — tools that support clarity, embodiment, and inner truth.

Sound work is also a core part of my practice. While not always offered explicitly in sessions, it’s a deeply personal healing tool for me — showing up in the ritual spaces I hold through voice, chimes, drum, flute, and the unseen resonance between words.
