This page outlines what you can expect when working with me, what I offer, and what I don't. It's here so we both feel clear, safe, and grounded.

  • I offer intuitive, creative, and symbolic guidance — not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. My work supports your agency, insight, and embodied integration. I honour your sovereignty at every stage.

  • This work can surface strong feelings, unconscious patterns, or unexpected insight. Please book only if you feel resourced and ready. I ask that clients be under the care of a licensed mental health provider if working through acute trauma, addiction, or psychiatric distress.

  • All sessions are confidential. I do not share client information without their explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g., to prevent risk of harm). Notes are stored securely. You are welcome to take your own notes or request a recording (where offered).

  • All offerings are delivered asynchronously by default, with a full-colour PDF report sent within 5–7 days. If you’ve chosen a post-reading live add-on (such as a phone or video call), these are not recorded unless we’ve explicitly agreed in advance.

    If you’d like a call or voice message recorded for personal use, please request it at the start. If recording is possible, it will be delivered within 48 hours. All recordings are for your private listening only — they may not be shared publicly or redistributed without my written consent.

  • All readings are asynchronous and begin during your scheduled time window — this is when I connect to your energy and begin the work. Once that connection is made, your session is considered underway and cannot be canceled or refunded.

    If you’ve added a live follow-up (phone or video), I require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule that call. No-shows or late cancellations for live calls are not refunded, as that time is set aside just for you.

    I honour that life can shift unexpectedly. If something urgent arises, please email me — I’ll do my best to respond with care and flexibility.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking. I do not offer refunds for completed sessions. If you’re unsure whether this work is a fit, please contact me first — I’ll be honest about whether I can help.

  • By booking a session, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these terms and acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in this work as a self-directed, consenting adult.
